Chocolate Chocolate-Chip Cookies
Patti & Kit Bee
1 cup margerine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla
2 cups of flour
1/2 cup of cocoa
3/4 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of chocolate chips

Blend margerine and sugar until smooth, then add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Shape into small balls, and place 4-6 cm apart on cookie pan. Bake at 375 F (NOT Celcius) for 8-10 minutes.

Cream Cheese Cookies
Patti & Kit Bee
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
2+1/2 cups of flour
3 oz (ounces) of cream cheese
jelly or a candy

Blend butter, cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour. Fill center with jelly/candy. Bake at 325 F (NOT Celcius) for 15 minutes. These cookies are pale (light) in color. Do NOT overbake.
